Partner guidelines

To list your program or service on CuttingAge, please review and confirm the following commitments. These guidelines exist to protect older adults, caregivers, and families who rely on our directory.

Accurate, up-to-date information

Submit information that is complete, truthful, and current — including location, cost, eligibility requirements, and contact details. Update your listing promptly whenever details change.

Respectful, senior-safe content

All content must be respectful and appropriate for older adults. Avoid misleading language, high-pressure tactics, exaggerated claims, or anything that could confuse or harm seniors and caregivers.

Plain language and honest qualifications

Use clear, jargon-free language that is easy for older adults to understand. Describe only real qualifications, credentials, and services — nothing inflated or ambiguous.

Privacy and photo permissions

Protect the privacy of seniors, staff, and caregivers. Only share photos, testimonials, or personal information that you have explicit permission to use.

No scams, spam, or hidden fees

CuttingAge has zero tolerance for scams, spam, false claims, or hidden fees of any kind. Listings that violate this will be removed immediately and may be reported to appropriate authorities.

Legal compliance and accessibility

Follow all applicable laws, regulations, and professional standards relevant to your services. Support accessibility for all older adults, including those who rely on mobility aids, assistive technology, or other accommodations.

Listing maintenance and CuttingAge review

You are responsible for keeping your listing accurate and timely. CuttingAge reserves the right to review, edit, or decline any listing at any time to maintain quality, safety, and trust for the communities we serve.

By checking the box on the application

You confirm that all submitted information is accurate, that you have the rights to share it, and that you agree to these guidelines in full. CuttingAge maintains quality, safety, and trust for older adults and caregivers — your cooperation is essential to that mission.
